Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly send you a free replacement.

Once verified, we’ll take care of the replacement right away.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong design or item, we’ll correct it immediately.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we’ll send the correct item as soon as possible.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll send a replacement order at no cost.

Sizing Issues

Please review our sizing chart before placing your order.

If your shirt doesn’t fit quite right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer a one-time courtesy size replacement for unworn items.

This replacement is limited to one per order and applies to sizing issues only.
