If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Once verified, we’ll take care of the replacement right away.
If you receive the wrong item or design, we’ll correct the mistake immediately.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll send out the correct item as soon as possible.
If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement.
Please review our sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
That said, if your shirt doesn’t fit quite right, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer a one-time courtesy size replacement for unworn items.
This replacement is limited to one per order and applies to sizing issues only.
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong color or design
Incorrect size (beyond the one-time size replacement noted above)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
We do not issue refunds after a replacement has been sent.
